At MATCH Perfumes, we want you to find your signature scent with total confidence. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and lightly tested fragrances.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our fragrance experts inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your new scent within 3-5 business days.
